The versatile one: weaving frame and warping frame come in one
The Ashford Rigid Heddle loom is made in New Zealand and is characterized by effortless operation, simple assembly and high versatility. With its uncomplicated construction, the loom can be mounted almost anywhere, be it on a table top or with the matching stand.
Especially when using the stand, the weaving frame ensures the optimal working angle of the weaving surface and also offers two practical side shelves.
An outstanding feature of the loom is its ability to warp its own warp on the back using separate warping pins. This saves you having to buy a warping frame.
The following maximum chain lengths can be achieved:
40cm weaving width = warp length of 4.7m
60cm weaving width = warp length of 6.7m
80cm weaving width = warp length of 8.7m
120cm weaving width = warp length of 12.7m
The double reed holder enables efficient work with two reeds. Additional reeds and the unique Ashford Freedom Roller are available under the Accessories menu item.
